Orders are despatched as quickly as possible normally within one working day. Packets will be sent by first class Royal Mail and should reach UK addresses within a couple of working days. A few items we sell are too heavy for first class post and orders including such goods will be sent by parcel post. For orders to addresses outside of the UK we despatch by Royal Mail airmail small packet. Please note if you are considering placing a large order there are limits on the size and weight of packets we are able to despatch by airmail. We shall advise you by e-mail when your order has been posted.

We take great care to ensure your order is correct and is delivered to you in good condition. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please initially advise us by e-mail using the contact us page which can be found in the information box on each page of our shop. As our fabrics are cut to order we regret that we are only able to accept returns in original condition if advised within 7 days of receipt. We will consider each request individually but the buyer will normally be responsible for the cost of returning the item in original condition to us. A refund will be issued immediately on receipt of the returned items.
